SHIPPING:
The Heart Rate Watch Shop uses UPS for delivery of products. Currently, we offer UPS Ground and UPS 2nd Day delivery options. UPS ground takes between 3 and 10 business days in transit. However, for most places within the US, the transit time is 3 to 5 days. Please remember that it may take 2 days before your order is delivered to UPS. The Heart Rate Watch Shop does Not ship internationally.
TAXES:
The Heart Rate Watch Shop is based in Connecticut, we therefore charge CT State Tax if the Shipping Address is within the state of Connecticut. If only the Billing Address is in Connecticut but the Shipping Address is not, we will not charge CT state tax.
In addition to this, all Shipping Addresses within the state of Illinois will also be charged a Willowbrook, Illinois taxes of %7.25. The reason for this is that recent legislation in Ilinois is now requiring Internet retailers who have warehouses, affiliate sellers, or wholesalers in the state to charge the state sales tax of the along with any county taxes.

RETURNS:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! You may return or exchange new and unused items within 14 days of receipt for any reason for a full refund of the purchase price excluding any shipping/handling charges.
All returns require a Return Authorization. You may obtain one by contacting one of our customer service representatives at info@heartratewatchshop.com . We would appreciate a brief explanation as to the reason for the return in order to improve our business.
Defective product can be returned to HeartRateWatchShop.Com within 14 days of sale. After 14 days, defective product must be returned to the manufacturer, under the specific warranty allowances.
If an item is received damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. Defective returns will be accepted for exchange or repair within 14 days from the date of purchase. No refunds or credit will be granted after 14 days. The terms of the manufacturer’s warranty will still apply - please contact the manufacturer directly.
Non-defective product can be returned to HeartRateWatchShop.Com within 14 days of sale. Any non-defective returns must be 100% complete in original, unopened packaging and in re-saleable condition, with all packaging, manuals, cables, registration cards, accessories and UPC label and/or unbroken seal.
Please E-mail info@heartratewatchshop.com for a Return Authorization Number. Returns without this authorization will not be accepted. Return Authorizations are effective for 14 days only.
We would appreciate it if the RA number is printed clearly on outside of the carton, and all products should be securely protected with proper packaging. All original packaging and materials must be returned with the product.
Upon receipt and acceptance of returned items, HeartRateWatchShop.Com will credit the customer’s account for merchandise costs. The Customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges on all returned items.
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items showing obvious signs of misuse, consumer abuse or commercial use
Please allow 10 days for return processing.
